For customers with a valid maintenance contract, MyUtimaco provides articles, troubleshooting help, and answers to a wider range technical questions only available to members. You will be required to log in with a valid User ID and password.

The toll-free support hotline is 877-UTIMACO (or 877 884-6226). Please have the following on-hand when you call:

  • Maintenance contract number
  • Product name/edition, product version number, and operating system
  • Error messages & any other pertinent information
