Our knowledge database provides answers to many typical questions about the SafeGuard product range, for example functionality, implementation, administration or troubleshooting.

To access the public area of the knowledge database, you can use the MyUtimaco guest login. To access the restricted area, you will need a valid software maintenance agreement. The content of both areas is continually kept up-to-date by our support staff.

You have questions regarding product functionality, or you would simply like to give us your suggestions for future versions? Our web form can be used to do this.

Please describe your query in as much detail as possible. After submitting your query you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.

Customers without a service agreement can purchase a support contract via their sales partner. We reserve the right to forward support requests, received from clients without valid maintenance agreements, to a sales partner of our choice.

Advanced Support

Customers with valid service agreements also have direct telephone access to qualified support employees who can provide assistance and advice.
