Hans Strack-Zimmermann has been active for more than 30 years in the technology industry. He originally led the early development of computer networks between German research establishments and within European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN in Geneva. Afterwards he established the UNIX business of Siemens AG. He is also a co-founder of IXOS Software AG, a provider of document management systems.
