Hazem Ben-Gacem joined Investcorp in 1994 initially in the private equity group in London. Since its inception in 2000, Hazem has been a member of Investcorp Technology Partners where he sits on the boards of directors of Wireless Telecommunication Group (American Stock Exchange) and KGB (previously InfoNXX) in the U.S. and Moneybookers Limited and Sophos plc in the UK. Prior to joining Investcorp, Mr. Ben-Gacem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston's Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York.

Mr. Ben-Gacem is a graduate of Harvard University where he received a B.A. in Economics with honors, and currently serves on the Dean’s Council for the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
