HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices;
  • Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting onboardings and exit interviews; and recommending changes;
  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
  • Manage Commission Plans and OTE letters;
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors;
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records;
  • Manages employee benefit plans and annual enrollment;
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures;
  • Retains historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records;
  • Working with a group of people sharing a unique mindset - teamwork-oriented, driven by mutual respect, with performance-minded approach and extreme ownership;
  • Cooperating with international teams spread around the globe; 
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience;
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, standards, laws, State laws, and regulations;
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills;
  • High professional ethical standards, and a diverse workplace;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities;
  • Must maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
