HR Controller (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Develop, run, analyze and continuously optimize a standardized and robust HR reporting;
  • Share your know-how in creating and defining HR related KPls and drive the internal process architecture with major interfaces and stakeholders;
  • Analyze key HR Indicators and monitor ongoing HR key figures of the Utimaco group like headcount and FTE development, absence statistics, HR total & individual costs (actual & planned), salary benchmarks, fluctuation rate, demographic analysis;    
  • Own the operations and execution of the compensation plan for sales commissions and annual MBO schemes;
  • Conduct standard reports, ad-hoc reports as well as monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting´s;
  • Support annual corporate planning procedures, especially in the budget process as well as the fiscal year start and end;
  • Prepare the personnel cost planning and control and analyze the headcount development;
  • Act as contact person for all personnel cost-related topics;
  • Design and follow up on project topics, such as the implementation of benchmarks;
  • Design, develop and implement the organization's audit program for accounting and financial control systems;
  • Identify internal control gaps in HR business & planning procedures, processes or systems, and initiate appropriate remedial action;
  • Drive or co-drive projects initiated on your own or by major stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Graduate in Finance or Business Administration (e.g. Bachelor) with specialization in controlling;
  • You have 3+ years’ experience of working in controlling;
  • Experienced in using reporting software and excellent MS-Office skills, esp. Excel;
  • Understanding of integrated systems of a small / midsized company;
  • The ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, also in English;
  • You are flexible and able to work as part of a team.
