We are seeking a dynamic Regional Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and building a strong market presence across the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in enterprise cybersecurity, a robust understanding of B2B campaign management, and a flair for working closely with sales and channel partners to deliver outstanding results. (Subregions: UK&I, FIFA, Northern & Southern Europe and the Benelux countries.)

- Pipeline Creation: Develop and execute innovative strategies to create a robust pipeline and drive revenue growth within the EMEA region.
- Channel Marketing: Lead go-to-market initiatives through channel partners, ensuring alignment with our corporate marketing strategy and execution standards.
- Regional Events: Plan and oversee regional events that enhance brand presence and support direct and channel sales efforts.
- Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and implement targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to the needs and nuances of the EMEA region.
- Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key strategic partner to sales and channel leadership, fostering collaboration and synchronicity in marketing and sales activities.
- Account-Based Marketing: Collaboratively plan and execute account-based marketing strategies with the sales team, focusing on high-value targets.
- Regional Planning: Drive marketing plans and campaigns for key subregions including the UK & Ireland (UK&I), FIFA, Northern & Southern Europe, and the Benelux countries.
Dein Profil
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity marketing within the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated history of successful partner and field marketing, particularly with integrated B2B campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic partner ecosystems and how to leverage these relationships for regional growth.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing studies; a master's degree or MBA is considered a significant plus.
- A proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in tailoring messages to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrable analytical capability to translate data insights into strategic action.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
