Deine Aufgaben
- Engage with relevant technical stakeholders for project scoping and design, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Execute project communication plan, track deliverables, and monitor progress, reporting to Finance and Management stakeholders.
- Manage escalations, request resources, and coordinate with Service Operations and Design Architects, including handling customer project escalations and escalating to Head Project Management when necessary.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all project contributors, including Product Management, R&D, and Sales Managers.
- Collaborate on business case and service management setup with Sales Managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders, providing input to Head Project Management on resource and capacity needs.
- Interface with Global Resource Manager for resource analysis and availability, and evaluate, improve, and add applicable work instructions.
- Execute service specifications, manage time effectively, ensure compliance with Professional Services policies and procedures, and identify and address day-to-day continuous improvement activities towards the Regional Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor, including timely and accurate time reporting.
Dein Profil
- University degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry.
- Strong commercial experience with a good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Preferably PMI / PRINCE2 certification, ITIL v3 foundation certification.
- Preferably experience in customer interaction and working across different cultures.
- Additional education and experience for senior position.
