Senior Manager, Field and Channel Marketing - AMER (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our America’s marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and building a strong market presence across the North and South America. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in enterprise cybersecurity, a robust understanding of B2B campaign management, and a flair for working closely with sales and channel partners to deliver outstanding results. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Pipeline Creation: Develop and execute innovative strategies to create a robust pipeline and drive revenue growth within the North and South America region.
  • Channel Marketing: Lead go-to-market initiatives through channel partners, ensuring alignment with our corporate marketing strategy and execution standards.
  • Regional Events: Plan and oversee regional events that enhance brand presence and support direct and channel sales efforts.
  • Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and implement targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to the needs and nuances of the North and South America region.
  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key strategic partner to sales and channel leadership, fostering collaboration and synchronicity in marketing and sales activities.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Collaboratively plan and execute account-based marketing strategies with the sales team, focusing on high-value targets.
  • Regional Planning: Drive marketing plans and campaigns for key subregions.

Dein Profil

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity marketing within the America’s with Latin speaking countries as well.
  • Demonstrated history of successful partner and field marketing, particularly with integrated B2B campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic partner ecosystems and how to leverage these relationships for regional growth.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing studies; a master's degree or MBA is considered a significant plus.
  • A proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in tailoring messages to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrable analytical capability to translate data insights into strategic action.
  • Willingness to travel within the North and South America region as required ~25%.
