Your tasks
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize advanced technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the sustainability, security, and performance of existing codebases while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Make strategic design decisions, modernize the architecture, and ensure the continued security and performance of our legacy encryption solution.
- Make delivery commitments, communicate progress, and take ownership of the outcomes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with full-stack development expertise.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C/C++) and software architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring junior and senior team members.
- Problem-solving attitude, effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, adaptability to evolving technologies, and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
