Your tasks

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle of one of our HSM products with a business focus, maximizing the benefit for the company through managing all aspects from sales and customer interactions to professional services and R&D.
  • Compile business cases and take commercial responsibility for the implementation of the offering.
  • Work hand-in-hand with your manager, senior executives, and major stakeholders to drive the business strategy, product roadmap, and related messaging for a specific product family, solution, or service.
  • Bridge the technical and business worlds by designing products and services that our customers love.
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to define and develop the next generation of products and services.
  • Own the product strategy for assigned products.
  • Drive the transformation of customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics into informed direction.
  • Lead product planning, including customer goals and business requirements for product strategy, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and take ownership of product positioning.
  • Lead operations, including monitoring and responding to customer feedback, continuous improvement, and business growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities.

Your profile

  • Business experience in Hardware Security Modules, PKI, Electronic Payments Infrastructures, API, Cryptographic Key Management Systems, or Cloud Security and good technical understanding of related use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on customer feedback, research data, and cross-industry trends.
  • Ability to plan and manage a portfolio of related features, and to deliver initiatives from conception through completion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and tenacity to develop ideas independently.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments, and to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer understanding, cross-group experience.
  • Enthusiastic, customer and solution-oriented with a strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, further languages are a plus.
